अग्निपथ योजना क्या है ?

Agnipath Agniveer Recruitment Scheme केंद्र सरकार द्वारा सेना में युवाओं की भर्ती करने के लिए “अग्निपथ योजना” की शुरुआत करने जा रही है जिसके अंतर्गत युवाओं की भर्ती थल सेना, नौसेना, वायुसेना में भर्ती किया जायेगा और सेना में शामिल होने वाले युवाओं को अग्निवीर कहा जायेगा | इसके अलावा, युवाओं को सेना में 4 साल के लिए नियुक्त किया जायेगा और चयनित जवानो को हर महीने 30 हज़ार रूपए की सैलरी दिया जायेगा |

अग्निपथ योजना की विशेषताएं। 

• अग्रिवीर के रूप में चार वर्ष तक राष्ट्रसेवा करने का अवसर
• सभी सैनिकों / नाविकों / एयरमैन की नियुक्ति अग्निपथ योजना के माध्यम से
• सम्पूर्ण भारत में मेधा आधारित नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया
• आकर्षक मासिक वेतन व भव्य “सेवा निधि” पैकेज
• नियमित कैडर में नियुक्ति के लिए आवेदा का 100% अवसर
• मेधा व सांगठनिक आवश्यकता के आधार पर चार वर्ष बाद केंद्रीय पारदर्शी एवं श्रमसाध्य प्रणाली के माध्यम से 25% अग्निवीरों का चयन

Terms of Service for Agnipath Scheme

• Agniveers will be enrolled for a duration of 4 Years including a training period
• Agniveers will meet the medical eligibility conditions as applicable to respective categories/ trades
• Agniveers will be given the option to opt for enrollment into the Regular Cadre
• Up to 25% of Agniveers from each batch will be enrolled in the Regular Cadre of the Armed Forces Agnipath Agniveer Recruitment Scheme.
